With a dedicated team of Four young and dynamic Qualified Chartered Accountants with additional qualifications such as Company Secretary and Management Accountant with a strong urge to carve our own niche in the corporate world, we are desirous of emerging as a force to reckon with in the corporate setup today.

Established in 2002 and located in Hyderabad we have good experience and have the ability to provide value addition to the clients. Our strength lies in the team and the outlook it has. Butchibabu Gorantla is a graduate in B.Com and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is an expert in matters relating to Corporate Planning, Strategy, Funds Rising and Execution of projects. He is expert in Cross Border Transactions/Business handling. He has vast experience in Information Technology, Pharmacy, Manufacturing, Banking and Services Sector Business activities. He has a valuable 14 years’ experience in dealing with Income Tax and Indirect tax matters. He specializes in High Net worth Individual, Family wealth management and corporate taxation. He was involved in conducting the due diligence and preparing for the due diligence.

SRI RANGA GORANTLA, (Partner)

Sri Ranga Gorantla is a graduate in B.Com and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an expert in matters relating to STP/SEZ Policy & Regulation, Taxes, Transfer Pricing and Payrolls, Accounts, HR Practices. He has a valuable Ten years experience in dealing with Income Tax matters. He specializes in individual and corporate taxation. He was involved in conducting the due diligence and preparing for the due diligence.

MAHITHA BODEPUDI, (Partner)

Mahitha is a graduate in B.Com and Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and she also completed Cost Accountancy Course from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. She is an expert in Project financing, accounts, income tax and sales tax. She has a valuable four years' experience in dealing with Income Tax matters. She specializes in individual and corporate taxation. She was involved in conducting the due diligence and preparing for the due diligence.

Khaja Rao is a graduate in B.Com and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an expert in matters relating to Taxes, Transfer Pricing and Payrolls, Accounts, HR Practices. He has a valuable Four years experience in dealing with Income Tax matters.
